Payment Methods
At Bionera, we want your purchase to be as simple and secure as possible. Below you will find all the payment methods we support at checkout.
Credit / Debit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express via Shopify Payments. The transaction is 100% secure, with SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 certification.
Your card details are not stored by us — they are managed directly by the banking partner.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
Pay with one click from your mobile or computer. Available at checkout for those with a card linked to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Klarna — Pay in installments
With Klarna, you can split the payment into interest-free installments or pay later. The option appears automatically at checkout if your order meets the criteria.
Klarna is licensed by the Swedish financial supervisory authority (Finansinspektionen).
Bank Deposit
Select "Bank Deposit" at checkout and complete the payment using the following details:
Important: In the deposit reason, please write your order number so we can locate the payment immediately.
Your order will be shipped after payment confirmation (usually within 1 business day).
Cash on Delivery
You pay the courier upon delivery. The cash on delivery service has an additional charge of +3.00€, which applies even to orders with free shipping.
Cash on delivery is not available in the following cases:
- Pickup from Skroutz Locker / Skroutz Last Mile
- Shipments to Cyprus (Kronos Express)
- Shipments to other EU countries (DHL)
Transaction Security
All online transactions are processed through an encrypted connection (SSL) and certified platforms (Shopify Payments, Klarna). Bionera does not store credit card details.
